A Few Good Questions
How much does our group receive?
FloorCandy and your organization agree on terms before a design goes live. That can be a percentage of the rug price, or an agreed base cost with your group proposing a selling price above it. The approved terms appear in your Partner Hub.
Can we choose our selling price?
With a base-cost agreement, you can propose a selling price above the agreed cost. FloorCandy reviews the price before it changes in the shop. Size-based rugs can use percentage sharing.
What happens after we submit a logo?
FloorCandy reviews your organization, artwork, and rug details. Your logo stays private during review. Approved designs are then prepared for the shop.
How do supporters order?
Supporters choose their rug and send a cart request. FloorCandy confirms the final total and payment arrangements. Online card checkout is not active yet.
When do earnings appear?
Confirmed earnings appear after FloorCandy records a sale as paid. Unpaid requests, refunds, and cancelled orders do not count. Payment arrangements are agreed with each organization; your Partner Hub records payments sent.
